Are You Doing these Anti-Rotational Exercises for Your Core?

Anti-rotational exercises are very important in training and are often not utilized enough. Anti-rotational exercises are simply exercises that are teaching the body to resist rotation.
The benefits of these exercises is to promote the body to remain in a safe position during unplanned or awkward situations and positions. When we have a strong core that is able to withstand unforeseen forces from a push or a fall, we are more able to prevent any major injury.
Some of my favorite exercises that promote anti-rotational strength are Bird-Dogs, Single-Leg Romanian Deadlifts, High Plank Arm Raises, and Pallof Presses.
