Majority of people focus on training, nutrition, and sleep, in that order. However, this is somewhat backwards. Instead, we should all be focusing on: 1) Lifestyle Factors (sleep, work, daily activities, stressors) 2) Nutrition (diet, nutrition) 3) Training (proper programming) 4) Active Modalities (mobility work, stretching) 5) Passive Modalities (ice bath, massage, chiropractor)
