Cardio first or weight training first?
This is a very common question that I frequently get from my friends and clients. Like almost any question in the health and fitness world, it depends. Whether you do cardio first or weight training first depends on your goals.
In general, if your goal is to: Maximize Strength -> Weight Training First Maximize Muscle Gain -> Weight Training First
Maximize Endurance -> Cardio First Speed and Sport Development -> Usually Cardio First Depending on Sport
Fat Loss -> Depends on the Individual
