I've been taking Brian's group classes regularly for over four years now, and I have to say they never get old! Not only are they amazing - fun, challenging, and super intense - but I feel like I'm in the best shape I've ever been. Brian also isn't your typical trainer. For starters, he's probably the most genuinely nice person you'll ever meet, and he really cares about your progress and overall health. He's always up for helping outside of the gym, whether it be talking about nutrition or helping with macro numbers. Honestly, I've never stuck with any type of fitness program this long, and I'm pretty sure it's because of Brian. I'll probably never workout with anyone else.
Brian's group workout classes are one of the most intense and motivating classes I've taken (which includes classes in crossfit, muay thai, functional fitness and boxing at other gyms). Brian shows variations with each workout so that you can challenge yourself, no matter what fitness level you are. I've been under his nutritional programming for the past couple of months leading up to my wedding and he's changed my outlook on how one should diet so that you have lasting weight loss rather than yoyo-ing with your weight.
Every time I complete a workout with Brian, I feel stronger than ever. Every single session has been a challenge but the feeling of accomplishment and health is well worth it.
Brian is the best trainer I ever had. I have tried different types of workout like crossfit and bootcamps. But none of them have been effective for me because I was not able to scale and get stronger at a healthy pace for me. Brian let's me do that. Every workout is always challenging us in different ways but we are always getting better.
