Do you deal with knee pain? Many individuals deal with lingering knee pain but have learned to live with it. A lot of times, if it's not a major injury that requires surgery, people ignore it or work around it.
These are a couple simple things that you can do to help improve the issue or even eliminate the knee pain completely.
1) Soft tissue work like massage and foam rolling the legs (quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, calves) can help loosen up tight areas.
2) Improve your ankle mobility so that your knees track and move properly.
3) Strengthen your posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings, errectors) to help stabilize your hips to put your knees in a better position, but also take the load off of your quadriceps and knees during certain movements.
4) Regress your quadriceps dominant exercises to ensure you're moving and performing them properly.
